DELIVERY TIMES
Most items ship within 5-7 business days. Some items are available as quickship items and ship within 24 to 72 hours. Please contact us (call us toll-free at 1-800-524-1085) if you have specific delivery requirements or timeframes and we will try to accomodate you.

FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM
We are currently offering free shipping within the 48 states. The prices quoted are delivered prices and include regular ground shipping by either UPS or Fedex ground unless otherwise stated. Some chairs are too large to ship by UPS or Fedex Ground and must be delivered by Semi truck and may require a $40.00 additional charge. Orders outside the 48 states will incur an additional charge to cover shipping. We will email you with the charge and request a return email acknowledging and accepting the fee before we will complete the order.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
All returns must have prior approval. Returns must be shipped in the original carton and received in re-sellable condition to receive credit. Please contact CHAIR-DEPOT.com (call us toll-free at 1-800-524-1085) for a “Return Authorization Number,” the return shipping address and instructions. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Items may NOT be sent freight collect and will be refused and no credit will be issued for the merchandise. You must contact CHAIR-DEPOT.com (call us toll-free at 1-800-524-1085) within 30 days of receiving merchandise for a return. All returns are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS
Chairs may not be cancelled once shipped without prior approval from CHAIR-DEPOT.com. Without prior approval the order will be considered valid and no refund will be issued. Upon returning the chair there will be a 35% re-stocking fee incurred and the credit issued will be adjusted accordingly.

FABRICS

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance. If there is major damage we recommend refusing the shipment. If there is minor damage most problems can be rectified with a replacement part. Please contact CHAIR-DEPOT.com (call us toll-free at 1-800-524-1085) immediately upon noticing damage.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Please contact us for specific warranty information on a particular item. Each manufacturer offers very good warranties ranging from 5 years up to 15 years. Most warranties cover full replacement for at least 3 years.
